Bomuaan, Chairman, Robert Burke, Secretary, Howard Giluan, ~icholas F. llicetta &wd George Farley. A discussion was held en the hearings held ea March 2, 1961. Attorney ~eba Willis appeared before the Boar~ in the interest of the Van Bunnon Estate regarding the 9,00 P~ hearing of March 2, 1961 which proposed rezoning land on ~rnPike Street %0 the Middleton lire te an Industrial DistriCt. Attorney Willis said his client WOuld like te have included in the Industrial area frontage eu Turnpike Stree~ and aPPrexiuately 500 feet up on ~ohnson ~tree%. He said they Weald like included' ia the area ~eCause the land is net gOOd for hones, ere. They would Iike te retain 400 feet which would give a buffer sene. The Van would like te have a 300 feet ~eatege. Mr. Burke ree~eaded favorable action be reaeuuonded o~ the petition ef FranCis B. Kittredge a~ thi~ Weald conform to the present area. ~r.
