at the Tew~ Office Bu~ld~. Members present and voting were: James 1~. Barnum,
Chairman, George Farley and Willia~ Chepulis. The meeting was called teerder
at 7:45 PM.

George Rea appeared before the Beard iaquiriBg about the various area requirements.
Be stated his sou had been stepped trucking lime as this was called a ~usiaess. He
said his son trucked the lime for another censers.
Mr. Bamaan Showed ~he Beard a letter that had beeu received fram the Laud Court.
Mr. Bantam said ke would like to have a new letter writteu stating the Chairman's
signature only was required eR plans "not requiring Pleu-~g Beard approval"
and have all the members ef the ~eard sign the letter. A letter te this effect
was written.
Mr. Bannau brought up the matter of additional copies of the Zani~g By Laws. He
said Mr. ~rasseur has made copies of the By Law with the cerreetiens and amendments.
Mr. ~rasseur would be able te supply the ~eard with 500 copies for $340.00. Mr.
Bmou:~aid he will ge the Advisory ~eard for fuads for this a~d to see if bids
~ust be received en this.

Mr. Barnum brought[ up the matter ef jeiBing the Massachusetts ~ AsSeelatieu.
He said the dues are $20.00 per year. He also presented a ma~ to the Beard shewing
