NemOurs' present and voting were~ James M. Barman, Chairman, Rchert Burke, Secretary, Hewar~ Gilma- and William Che~ulis o Nr. BA-~mU told the Bcar~ Mrs. Deherty, Clerk had givem btm her resigmatiem kerhally and asked for a motion to accept her resignatiol. Mr. Burke moved the Board accept Mrs. Deherty's resigmati~n. ~[r. G~lw~ seconded the motiem. Mr. Che~atlis move~ the Beard should sase cemmen~ Mrs. Doherty for the fiae work dole. Mr. G~lm,~ secemded the metiel. Both votes were unanimous. Mr. Burke moved Mrs. A~_a Donahue be ~amed to replace Mrs. Daherty as Clerk of the Bear~. Mr. Gilman seconded the metiom. Unanimeus veto. Nr. Barman brought up the matter of chickems being raised em the Hughes ~reperty on 0sgood Street. He said he would like to have the B~3dimg Inspector check an this. No metiol was made to this effect. Mr. C~pulis told the Board fill was being takam from the land at the cermer of Cl~rk and Osgeod Street. Mr. Chepulis asked if T~ Oou~se~ l~d done anything fu~ em the rules and regulatiews of the Planning Boar~. Mr. Barman said he was told Mr. Salisbury was working on this project. A discussion was held el the printing of the Zoning By Law. Mr. B~-~a~ said he had received an appropriation from the Advisory Beard for the printing ef the By Law. Mr. Chepulis moved to ~estpene the printing of the Zoning By Laws umtil after the ne~ An~,MI_ Town Meeting so as to include any amendments that might he made. Mr. Burke seconded the motien. Unanimous vote. Bills were signed for ~ary Dehert¥ $ 15.75 Aroma De~ue 5.25 N. E. Tel. & Tel ~.35 $ ~0.35 Mr. Burke moved the meeting adjourm at 9:OOPM. Mr. G~!m,~. seconded the motiem.
