Special Meeting
The Planning Board held a special meeting on Saturday after~oo~, March 17,
1962, at 1:00 P.M. at the North An~over High School. The following members were
present and voting: James M. Barman, Chairmsn~ Ho'~d Gilman, George Farley~
and William Chepulis, Jr.
The Board voted on officers for the coming y~ar:
Mr. Farley made a motion to appoint Mr. Barman as Chairman, Mr. Gilma~
seconded +.he motion and the vote was unctuous.

the motion and the vote was unanimous.
Gilmau made a motion to increase the clerkts hourly rate of pay from
$2.00 per hour, effective April 2nd. Mr. Farley seconded the motion and
The Board voted on ~he petition of Theodore i. Freije, which hearing was held
c~ Thursda~ evening, March 15th, to change a parcel of laud frc~ Iudust~ial to a
General Business District.
Mr. G~,~u made a motion to DENY the petition and Mr. Farley sec~mded the
motion. The four members voted unanimously to deny the zoning change because a
great deal of e~fort was put into zoning this area as Industrial. Tea or more
surrounding acres are ~l~eady zoned for Industrial.
The meeting adJ°urned at 1:15 P.M. in order that the Board ma~ attend the
