M~. ~annan brought in watorial that the To~ Counsel had prepare~. To~n Counsel
could not be present ~ue to his health. The ~aterial was a "Planning Board
~andbo~ explaining the procedures, etc. of the Planning Board.
M~. ~ made a ~otion to accept the material, ~eeouded by Mr. Farley and

Chepulie ~ade a ~otion to instruct Atty. Salisbury to mimeograph the ~:_terial
have 50 eopios made. Mr. Gilea~ seea~d~d the motion and the vote was uriah{moue.
The Board signed plans that had the special stamp not requiring Planning Board
approval. The sae~bers again dis~u~sed the signatur~ requirements for the plans.
Mr. !~--~ explained that a letter could be written to the Registry that any
· ~aber can sign the plans aa long as the people present proper plans showing what
they desire.
