CERTIFICATE OF NON-APPLICABILITY
This certificate of non-applicability is issued this 27th day of April 1999 to
The Trustee of Reservations in regards to the property at the parking lot at the
corner of Chestnut& Andover Street in accordance with Chapter 40C paragraphs 5
through 10 of the General Laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as amended and
the by-laws of the North Andover Olde Center Historic District Commission. This will
allow the erecting of a bulletin board at the site as approved by the commission.
