Dear Mr. Alexanian,
It has come to the Planning Board's attention that the
Family Bank is holding $17,000 dollars in the form of a Tri-
Partite Agreement between Family Mutual Savings Bank, Zachary
Realty Corporation, and the Town of North Andover as part of the
Bear Hill subdivision. Our records show that the $17, 000 was
reserved for the planting of street trees.
As the street trees were never planted, the Planning Board
under Mass. Gen. Law ch. 41, sec. 81u,_ finds that the
construction of ways and installation of municipal services has
not been completed. If this issue is not resolved within forty
five days, the Planning Board will enforce the bond.
