May 3, 2000 , agreed to accept Plans entitled "Sewer Design for
Chestnut St." dated June 16, 1999 REV. April 18,2000. Applicant to re-establish
erosion control where necessary and schedule a
pre-construction inspection prior to any workas a Modification to the
Order of Conditions issued in file # 242-972 dated August 4, 1999
