Conditions for Negative Determination of Applicability for Foster Street,
Commonwealth Avenue and Clark Street:
1. Prior to construction, the applicant shall assign a qualified wetland
biologist as an "Environmental Monitor" who must be on-site throughout
construction of the utility line to assure that work is occurring in
accordance with the approved plans dated Revised 6/98.
2. Install sedimentation/erosion control per plan and schedule a pre-
construction meeting with the Conservation Department. A DPW
representative, the Environmental Monitor, and the Contractor must be
present at said meeting.
