Sherwood Drive and other facilities.

Please be advised that at the Planning Board meeting of July 18, 2006 upon a motion made by Alberto
Angles,2°d by Jack Green to direct the Town Treasurer to cut a check in the amount of$99,999,00 to
repair the roadway at Sherwood Drive,vote was unanimous 4-0. The Planning Board will seize all
remaining money in the bond account$32,355.00 in order to take care of the existing deficiencies that the
posted bond should have covered.
Because we have now made three attempts to reach you by way of certified mail and have not received
any response from you at anytime we are now in the process of advising you that the remaining bond
money will be seized by Planning Board.
