at ?:30 P.M. in the Tc~n Building. The follo~ members were present and voting:
~ames M. Banman, Cb-ir,~; Robert J. Burke, Secretary; ~eorge Farley, Howard
G~lw~n and W~l14am Chepulis.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Mr. Gilman made the following motion to no-t-ate Mr. Bannan for Chair~n, Mr.
Chepulis for Vice-Chairman and Mr. Burke for Secretary. Mr. Farley seconded the
motion and the vote was unanimous.
MASS. FED. OF PLANNING BOARDS:
The Board received notice of the 50th meeting of the ~ass. Federation of
Boards in Boston on Friday a~d Saturday, May 8 & 9. Mr. Gtlw~ no~i-ated Mr.
Chepulis to attend as the representative for the North Andover Planning Board.
Mr. Barm-~ seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. Mr. Chepulis
present his bi~ for expenses at the next meeting.
MaoXA! CONST. CO. =
The Board members looked at the completed plans and profiles submitted by the
MacEay Const. Co. for their subdivision near Dale and Winter Streets. A sixty
day extension had been granted at the last meeting; the Board will sign the plans
at the next meeting.
HOUF~! WAGES:
Mr. Gilman made a motion to increase the clerk's hourly ~age to $2.35 per hour.
Mr. Farley seconded the motion and the vote was

Mac Press will be contacted to print the amendments to the Zo-~8 By-Law that ~re
passed by the 1964 Town Meeting and they will then be attached to the remaining
copies of the By-Laws.

REGIONAL PLANNING:
Chair,~ Barman discussed with the other members the need for them to meet with
the Planners. They wall have to decide on a convenient might. To get any Federal
money, they have to c-~ under the Planning group. An~ development in the Merrimack
Valley has to come under this group.
The Board signed the following bills:
