Regular Meeting
The Planning Board held their regular meeting on Monday evening, June 1, 1964
at ?:30 P.M. in the Town Building. The following members were present and voting:
James M. Bannan, Chairman; Robert J. Burke, Secretary; William Che~,l~s, Vice
Chairm~; and George Farley.
~ETINGS:
The Board members agreed that there would be no ~r meetings, exmept at the call
of the Chairma_.u. A notice ~111 be given to the To~n Clerk and posted on the bulletin
PLANNING BOARDS CONFERENCE:
Mr. Chepulis spoke about attending the annual Conference of Planning Boar~s in Boston
and presented his btll for expenses in the -~unt of $11.00. He spoke about a new
book which is being put out for Planning Board use ~ith interpretations of laws, etc.
which will cost $10.00. Mr. Ba~--, _~_nd the other members agreed, that we should
obtain a copy when it becomes available and leave it in the Town Clerk's office.
MacKAY CONST. CO.:
The sixty day extension period granted to MacEay Const. Co. for their subdivision
near Winter and Dale Streets is up, so the Board sig~ed the necessary plans. The
clerk ~ distribute copies of the plans to the necessary departments and to the
petitioner. The hearing for this subdivision was held on March 2, 1964~

The Board members were reminded of the invitation extended to the Board by Donald Dow
(National Builder's Assoc. ) to a dinner at Pelham Inn on Wednesday, June 17th. Mr.
Barman, Mr. Farley and Mr. Chepulis will attend.
