The ~ Board held a special hear~ on Monday evening, July 19, 1965
at ?:00 P.~. in the Towm Bu~&~-g. The following members were present and voting~

Gordon Marshall, 2~2 Sutton Street, an abutter, wanted to kaow if there wo-~ld be
a fence constructed between the lot~ fae4,~ Sutton Street and tM Bride, Gri~s
lot, mainly for the p~oteotion of the many c~]dren in the area. ~r. ~at~es said
· he ~as sure Bride, Crimes would ecm~ly with a~ request, they are a reputable
outfit and would probably have a fence a~y for their o~n protectica. Mr.
Marsha~.l explained that nobody had a~y objections to the c~ at all, only that
they were concerned for the safety of the children 4, the area.
Mr. Gilman made a motion to take the petition under advisement. Mr. Che~,l~e
seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
In Executive Sessio~ the Board discussed the petition.
Mr. B~rke made a motion to approve the suB-division. Mr. Che~,!~s seconded the
motion and the vote was uaa~imous.
The follow~n~ conditions are a par~ of the deeiaica and will almo be inscribe~ on
the plans of approval.
1. Approval is granted subject to meeting all of the requirements and the
approval of the ~ig~way Department.
2. Approval is granted subject to meett-~ all of the requirements and th__~
approval of the Board of Public Works.
