The Plam~tng Board held a special meeting on Sa.turday, March 19th at 1~00 P.M.
at the High School, prior to Torn Meeting.. The following members~ were present and
voting: J~,~_s N. B~rm~n, Chairman; Robert. J. Burke,~ ~; Howard Gilman,
George Farley and William Chepuli~
ELECTION OF OFFICERS:
Mr. Gilman w~de a motion to nominate Mr. Chepulia for C~irman.
Mr. Farley Seconded the motion - U~A~imcus vote
Mr. Burke made a motion to n~o~te Mr. Gilman for Secretary.
Mr. Chepulis seconded the motion- Unanimous vote.
Mr. Farley made a motion to no~4-ate Mr. B--~A~ for Vice Chairman
Mr. B~A~ refused the ~zLnation.
Mr. Farley _m~d. e a motion to nominate Mr. Burke for Vice Chairman
Mr. 6~w~n seconded the motion - un~w~us vote.
Ail elections were voted unanimously as nolte-ted.
It was uaanimously voted to re-employ Mrs. Anna Do~Ahue as Clerk of the P~---~-~ Board.
It was unanimously voted, that any one member of the Board may sign pls~ for fha
Registry as not requiring Plarmt,g Board approval under the Sub-division Control Law.
A letter will be sent, with the signature of each member, to the Registry of Deeds.
The Board discussed Article 12 of the Warrant and were told previously that if the
word. hereinafter were inserted it would take care of everything. This will be
done at Town Meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 1=30 P.M.
