The PLANNING BOARD held a special meeting on Monday evening, July 22, 1968 at
7:00 P.M. at the North Andover High School, prior to the Special Town Meeting called
for 8:00 P.M. The full Board was present and voting.
Mr. Bannan said there was a question of the legality of the Article in the Warrant
having to do with the A.B.C. Committee for which a public hearing had been held by
the Board on July 15, 1968.
A discussion w~s held as to the vote made at the last meeting. The members finally
decided to let the original vote stand.
The meeting adjourned at 7:45 P.M.
