Special Meeting
The PLANNING BOARD held a special meetin~ on Thursday even~g, February 13, 1969
at 7:30 P.M. in the Town Office Building. The following members were present and
voting: Willism Chepulis, Jr., Chairman; Robert J. Burke; James M. Banyan,
George B. Farley and Charles W. Trombly, Jr., Esq.
The Board met to discuss the articles for Town Meeting. They discussed the
petitions for the ~ hearings to be held on February 25th.
A letter was read from the Selectmen relative to a meeting with them about the
Anti-Ballistics Missile program. March 6th has been set as the meeting date.
The Board discussed the apartment amendment - which they feel remains essentially
the same as the previous section read.
The Board discussed future planning, the 701 Progrsm, master plan, planning con-
sultant, etc.
The Board discussed the cluster zoning article.
Letters will be sent to the Highway Department and the Board of Public Works
relative to the adjudication of streets for this coming Town Meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
