Special Meetin~
The PLANNIN~ BOARD held a special meeting on Monday evening, September 22,
1969 at 8:OOP.M. in the Town Office Buildingwith the follow~_ug members present
and voting: William Chepulis, Jr., Chairman; Robert J. Burke, George B. Farley,
Charles W. Trombly, Jr. and Donald N. Keirstead.
FLYNN SUBDIVISION:
Mr. Keirstead reported back to the Board as to the discussion he held with Mr.
Nicetta; also the drainage.
Mr. Keirstead made a motion to approve the subdivision with certain modifications.
Mr. Burke seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
DISCUSSION OF INTERVIEWS HELD:
The Board discussed the 6 interviews held$ 5 have submitted reports.
Mr. Keirstead made a motion to request John A. Brown to attend a meeting on
October 6th to clarify some details of his proposal and if the Board is satisfied
to hire him. Mr. Farley seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous.
ARTHUR COLLINS SUBDIVISION:
Mr. Keirstead made a motion to agree to release the covenant on lot ~
provided that drainage ditch for draining water be installed to provide satisfactory
flow of water to an existing brook. Mr. Burke seconded the motion and the vote
was unanimous.
A letter will be sent to Atty. John Willis informing him that the drainage
ditch be dug from the end of a drainage pipe that runs between lots 15 & 16.
The ditch to run in an existing drainage easement between lots 14& 15 and
property owned by Dufresne. The ditch to provide proper drainage of water to an
existing brook. Approx. 315 feet.
The meeting adjourned at 9:30 P.M.
