Bradford Street - Route 125 Area: Clancy, Lentz and other abutters presented a proposal and a new defining line for residential and industrial area. Mr. Saracussa, representing himself and Mrs. Moschetto, objected. *MOTION: Mr. Ostherr made a motion that the I-1 section on the northeast side of Osgood Street be changed on the zoning map as shown on the proposal. Mr. Monteiro seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. 2. Treadwell's ice cream stand. Mr. O'Keefe, manager, and Mr. Treadwell's attorney were concerned because that area was left out of the map. The Board explained that it was left out by mistake and it will be included. 3- Dan Forgetta~ Osgood Street. He requested that the General Business area be extended from the Butcher Boy Restaurant to include his florist business, of approx. 200 feet along Osgood Street. They are presently non-conforming. 4. John Shieldstand Charles Matses. Both were concerned about the setback and area requirements and the existing restaurants. It was suggested to leave that area Industrial "S", with the present requirements and that would take care of all of their problems. The meeting adjourned at 9:00P.M. Members present and voting were: Donald N. Keirstead~ Acting Chairman; Fritz Ostherr, William Chep~,lls and John J. Monteiro. Charles Tromblyt Jr. was unable to attend.
