Keirstead, Fritz Ostherr, William Chepulis and John J. Monteiro. There were approx. 50 people present. Changes that had been emitted on the map: 1. Corner of Middlesex & Waverly Road should be General Business. 2. The Rennie land on Chickeri~ Road was not properly outlined. Suggestions: 1. James McCabe, Water Street, presented a petition with signatures, as being opposed to changing the area from the Merrimack Valley Bank to the former Meagan's to residential. They want to keep it General Business. *MOTION: Mr. Keirstead made a motion to ret~.n the Water Street area as General Business. Mr. Chepulis seconded the motion and the vote was un~D4mous. 3. Check area of new high school site. &. Giard's garage area, Hedges & May Street. 5. Steven's Mill property. Zoned R-& at request of present owner. That section does not provide for conversion to apartments. 6. Area at end of Greene Street. Ind. "S" or I-l? 7. 8. Customary or accessory use provisions - Forrest Smith. Leonard Windle objected to the section of the By-law that allows zoming line to be extended 100 feet - especially having to do with the Davis & Furber land near High and Prescott Streets. Mr. Keirstead said he would be in favor of requiring a special permit for that section. It would be necessary to change the wording of that paragraph. The Board adjourned to a working session. Mr. Ostherr said Sections 1 through 8 are ready for printing. Section 9 is just for information purposes - net necessary to be included at present. The Sign By-Law is going to be separate. No trucking is a~lowed in any district and the present ones are not protected. More thought will be given to this. The map will not be printed just yet. Discussion was held as to what parts of Section 9 should be printed. No vote was taken, but the Board felt that the lO0-fc~t clause for the zone line should be by special permit. Trombly Gas Station, Sutton Street: The lot is split by 2 zones~ General Business and Industrial. It should ~11 be General Business. John Willis~ representing o~ners of Stevens Mill property, would like the section having te de with conversions read that "builS~sN can be converted and take out the ~rd "dwellings". *MOTION: Mr. Monteiro made a motion to change the word "dwellings" to "building". Mr. Chepulis seconded the motion and the vote was unanimous. The meeting adjourned at 11:15 P.M.
