Special Meeting
The Board of Appeals held a special meeting on Monday evening,
June 6, 1983 at 7:00 p.m. in the Town Office Meeting Room. The
following members were present and voting: Frank Serio, J
Chairman; Richard J. Trepanier, Esq., Clerk; William J. Sullivan;
and Augustine W. Nickerson.
The purpose of the meeting was to render a decision for the
petition of Daniel McConaghy, who is requesting a variance for
property on Appleton Street.
McConashy, Daniel - Variance, Appleton Street
MOTION: by Mr. Nicke~son to grant the variance as requested.
SECOND: by Mr. Trepanier
VOTE : in favor - 1 (Nickerson)
opposed - 3 (Serio, Sullivan, Trepanier)
The petition is denied due to the failure of the motion to carry.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 p.m.
