Re: Red Gate Pasture Subdivision bond release
Dear Board Members,
Please find attached the spreadsheet containing the bond release approval. Please
note that the bond remaining should be in the amount of $30,300.00. If this does not
correspond to the amounts reflected in the release column, that amount should be adjusted.
The amounts left in the items to be completed are correct and the Town should be bonded for
those items in those amounts.
