CONTINUED PUBLIC HEARING: 128 Dale Street: Watershed Special Permit (Map 37.B, Parcel 8), Steven Mason:
Application for a Watershed District Special Permit in connection with proposed construction of an addition consisting of
a one (1) car garage, carport and master bedroom expansion with associated landscaping in the Non-Disturbance Zone
within the Residential 1 (R-1) Zoning District.
NEW PUBLIC HEARING: 660 Great Pond Road: Watershed Special Permit, Rolling Ridge Retreat and Conference
Center: Application for a Watershed District Special Permit in connection with proposed paving and repaving of the
the Non-Discharge Zone of the wetland resource area within the Residential 1 (R-1) Zoning District.
NEW PUBLIC HEARING: Annual Town Meeting Zoning Bylaw/Map amendment Articles:
Article 10 11: Adoption of Zoning Bylaws
Article 11 13: Amend Zoning Map to rezone the parcel of land known as Map 009.0 Parcel 0046 (127
Marblehead Street) to be included within the Residential 4 zoning district.
Article 12 14: Amend Section 8.9 Wireless Service Facilities to extend the notification requirement for a
Wireless Service Facilities Special Permit for abutters to abutter to within 500 feet of the property line of the
petitioner.
Article 13 15: Amend Section 7.4 Building Heights by amending the eligibility criteria for a waiver of the
maximum height for residential multifamily dwellings and town houses in the Business 2 zoning district.
Article 14 16: Amend Zoning Map to rezone the following Parcels of land to be included within the Business 2
zoning district: Map 74 Parcel 23, Map 74 Parcel 54, and Map 74 Parcel 24.
Article 15 17: To establish a Solar Energy Systems bylaw and thereby amending Section 2 Definitions, Section 7
Dimensional Requirements, and add Section 8.14 Solar Energy Systems.
