Dear Ms. Tymon:
On behalf of JFJ Holdings, LLC, this letter serves as a request to appear before the North Andover
Planning Board on February 21, 2012 for a consultation for a zoning change on the above referenced
property located at 1018 Osgood Street. This property is currently zoned I-2 and we would like to
discuss with the Board the process to rezone this property to B-2 which would be consistent with the
zoning on the adjacent lots to this property. In addition, the property across the street is zoned BH.
