LATERAL TRANSFER OF OFFICER SHAWN CONWAY TO THE CITY OF LAWRENCE: One this
date, a verbal vote of the Board of Selectmen was taken relative to their
approval of the lateral transfer of Officer Shawn Conway from the North
Andover Police Department to the City of Lawrence Police Department. The
Board was individually polled by Melissa Powers and after consideration of
this request the Board voted 4-1 (Kenneth Crouch opposed) to authorize this
transfer as of 06/30/95.
