Dear Attorney Bahrawy:
I am in receipt of your request to John Leeman, Chairman of the Board of Selectmen and
to Joyce Bradshaw, Town Clerk, for information relative to the application for a Package Store
Wine &Malt Beverages License by Andover Liquors, Inc., d/b/a the Vineyard.
At this time, I would like to inform you that staff is responding to your request and fully
intend to have all documentation available to you, as requested, no later than November 17, 1995.
Inclusive in your request was copies of the recorded taps of the meetings of October 2, 1995,
October 23, 1995, and October 30, 1995. The cost to the Town to purchase these tapes is $ 1.57
per tape. Eight tapes were required to reproduce these recordings. The reproduction time needed
was 10 hours (actual time spent in the meetings) at$ 11.03 per hour. (Lowest salary paid to a
secretary in the Town Manager's Office). Also,there will be a cost of$.20 per page for all the
public records supplied to the Licensing Commission. The estimated cost of reproducing these
records will be 53 pages @ $.20 per, as well as 1/4 hour for labor.
Please remit payment of$ 136.22 to the Town Manager's office. If we find that there
should be an adjustment to the total cost associated with this task,this adjustment can be made
upon receipt of the records. If you wish to discuss this, please be sure to contact my office at 688-
9510.
