CALL TO ORDER: John P. Savastano, Chairman, called the meeting to order at
6: 00 PM.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: John P. Savastano, Chairman;
Kenneth C. Crouch; Kevin Foley; John Leeman; Donald Stewart; James P. Gordon,
Town Manager; Kevin Mahoney, Director of Finance & Administration.
PLANNING BOARD APPOINTMENT - ASSOCIATE MEMBER: The Board of Selectmen voted
unanimously to ratify the Town Manager' s appointment of Alberto Angeles, as an
Associate Member of the Planning Board, for a three year term to expire
June 30, 1997; vote approved 5-0.
REQUEST FOR $ 100 CONTRIBUTION TO GIRL SCOUTS TROOP 412 TO PAINT THE OVERHEAD
ON CHICKENING ROAD AT THE HIGH SCHOOL: The Board voted to authorize the Town
Manager to fund up to $ 100 for Audrey Gale and Victoria Sweetser, Girl Scout
Troop 412, to paint the overhead on Chickering Road at the High School.
RAIL TRAIL PROJECT - TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENTS PROGRAM: This item has been
deferred until the next Selectmen' s meeting.
REVIEW OF BALLOT FOR MAY 22, 1995, SPECIAL TOWN MEETING: The Selectmen
discussed the order of the questions.
1. Middle School; 2. Youth Center Facility; 3. Other Articles.
All items for the operating budget and the CIP will be listed separately.
