CALL TO ORDER: John P. Savastano, Chairman, called the meeting to order at
6: 15 PM.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: John P. Savastano, Chairman;
Kenneth C. Crouch; Kevin Foley; John Leeman; Donald Stewart; James P. Gordon,
Town Manager; Kevin Mahoney, Director of Finance & Administration.
The Board met prior to the start of the Annual Town Meeting. There were
considerable Communications and Announcements and the following actions were
taken:
OTHER BUSINESS: Police Department Contract Negotiations - The Board voted 5-0
to appoint Kenneth Crouch and Donald Stewart to represent the Board, as the
negotiators regarding the Police Department contract negotiations.
PREPARATION FOR TOWN MEETING: The following action was taken: Kenneth Crouch
made a MOTION, seconded by John Leeman, to recommend favorable action on
articles 36 and 37; vote approved 5-0.
