CALL TO ORDER: John P. Savastano, Chairman, called the meeting to order at
7: 00 PM.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: John P. Savastano, Chairman;
Kenneth C. Crouch; Kevin Foley; John Leeman; Donald Stewart; James P. Gordon,
Town Manager; Kevin Mahoney, Director of Finance & Administration.
PUBLIC HEARING - BETTERMENT ASSESSMENT RATE - GREAT POND ROAD SEWER PROJECT:
The Board of Selectmen held a public hearing to solicit citizen input
concerning the establishment of a Betterment Assessment Rate for the Great
Pond Road Sewer Project and the proposed Betterment Assessment Policy. The
Board took no action.
ANNUAL TOWN MEETING WARRANT: The Board discussed final recommendations and/or
changes to the warrant. They voted to approve the Town Manager' s
recommendations of the Basic Balanced FY 96 budget and approved the FY 95
transfers of funds article.
