1. Ability for resident overseer to subcontract out work.
2. Interpretation of contact to require a certificate of insurance.
3. Worker's Compensation insurance entitlement.
4. Potential damages - Is a bond possible?
5. Unemployment insurance? - Different coverage than his regular job unemployment
insurance?
6. Check with Town Counsel again if this is considered an employee? (IRS regulations may
look at it differently).
