CALL TO ORDER: John Leeman, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: John Leeman, Chairman;William B. Duffy, Jr.;
Kevin Foley; Donald Stewart; David Torrisi; and Robert J. Halpin, Town Manager.
LICENSING COMMISSIONERS: Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by Kevin Foley,to
enter into licensing; vote approved 5-0.
Evy Gillette, Manager, Stevens Estate n, Osgood Hill, Requests a One-Day Wine &Malt Beverages
Licenses for Add, Inc., for a Wine And Cheese Reception on May 17, 1996, from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM -
John Leeman made a MOTION, seconded by Kevin Foley,to grant the one day license; vote approved 5-0.
Evy Gillette, Manager, Stevens Estate n, Osgood Hill, Requests A One-Day Wine &Malt Beverages
License For The North Andover Athletic Association For May 17, 1996 From 7:00 PM To 11:00 PM For
A Fund-Raiser Event-John Leeman made a MOTION, seconded by Kevin Foley,to grant the license and
to waive the license fee for the non-profit group; vote approved 5-0.

Sports Complex, At Merrimack College -John Leeman made a MOTION, seconded by Kevin Foley,to
grant the one day license; vote approved 5-0.

Common on Saturday, June 15, 1996 at 2:00 PM for One-Half Hour for a 50th Wedding Anniversary
Ceremony-Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by Kevin Foley,to grant permission;
vote approved 5-0.
Request by St. Michael's Church for Permission to Use the Old Center Common on Sunday_
June 16, 1996, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM for a Parish Picnic for Approximately 300-400 People -
Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by Kevin Foley,to grant permission; vote approved 5-0.
OTHER BUSINESS: Certification of Lot"A" - Stevens Street- Conveyance of Land to Shirley Lawlor-
Kevin Foley made a MOTION, seconded by David Torrisi,to certify the value of Lot"A" Stevens Street at
less than$ 25,000 and to advertise such assessment in the Central Register; vote approved 5-0.

Cross Street- "No Parking" Signs -Kevin Foley made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart,to install
the "No Parking" signs previously approved by the Board of Selectmen on the opposite side of Cross Street
across from the church; vote approved 5-0.
Request for"Disabled Child" Signs on Stonington Street-Kevin Foley made a MOTION, seconded by
Donald Stewart,to install "Disabled Child" signs at each end of Stonington Street; vote approved 5-0.
