BOARD OF SELECTMEN MINUTES JANUARY 5, 1998
CALL TO ORDER: John Leeman, Chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: John Leeman, Chairman;;Kevin Foley;Donald Stewart;
David Torrisi; (William Duffy not present); and Robert J. Halpin, Town Manager.
AUTHORIZATIN TO ISSUE GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS-OSGOOD HILL LAND
ACQUISITION: Kevin Foley made a motion, seconded by David Torrisi,to authorize the issuance of
General Obligation Bonds for the Osgood Hill Land Acquisition to BankBoston in the amount of
$4,625,000 at a true interest cost of 4.8719%;vote approved 4-0.
