CALL TO ORDER: Wendy D. Wakeman called the meeting to order at 6:00 PM at the North Andover High
School Conference Room 1121.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Wendy Wakeman, Chairman; James Xenakis; Donald B. Stewart;
Mark J.T. Caggiano; Mark Rees, Town Manager; Ray Santilli, Assistant Town Manager.
Note: Rosemary Smedile arrived at 6:15 PM
PREPARATION FOR TOWN MEETING:
Article 37: Accept a Plan for Beaver Control for the Town of North Andover.
Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by James Xenakis, to recommend Favorable Action on Article 37.
Vote approved 4-0.
EXECUTIVE SESSION:
Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by James Xenakis, to move into Executive Session to discuss Land
Acquisition, Litigation and Collective Bargaining. Vote 5-0.
The Board was individually polled and each voted to move into Executive Session. Donald Stewart, yes; Mark
Caggiano, yes; James Xenakis, yes; Rosemary Smedile, yes; and Wendy Wakeman, yes. Vote approved 5-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
James Xenakis made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to adjourn for a time and continue at Town
Meeting at 7:00 PM.
