ARTICLE 20 OTHER CONDITIONS OR PROVISIONS Contractor shall procure and maintain in force for the duration of the Work the following minimum insurance with the corresponding policy limits: (i)Worker's Compensation Insurance satisfying the statutory requirements; (ii) Employee's Liability Insurance with$500,000 each accident each disease and each employee;(iii)Comprehensive General Liability Insurance of at least$1,000,000 per occurrence and$2,000,000 in the ag regate•and(iv)excess or umbrella insurance of at least$5,000,000. Contractor's Subcontractors shall provide insurance at a minimum complying with items(i)and(iii)in the preceding sentence.
