Thank you for your efforts in preparing a proposal for the proposed Jaime's restaurant concept!
With respect to the elements of your proposal:
1.Your design proposal is great! I have run your rending by our team, and your design has been
received with high praise! As you know,we will need to add the "Jaime's" logo on to the
shed awning at the front: and,we would like to explore adding the logo to the metal circle
detail at the entry elevation,however,this may be a sign matter.
2. Budget. Although we a greatly enamored of your work, our budget is $8,000.00 for awnings
and signage; as a result, we will need to cut the cost. Can you help with exercise, and let us
know what can be done?
Please let me know your thoughts on these matters.

Hi David I tweaked the renderinga little more. The idea is to span the opening with beams then lace

the canopy with the circular trusses on top of the beams therefore not requiring any columns. I don't
think I would tie the shed roof awning over the windows to the canopy. Do you have any preference?
