been installed according to the plans drawn up by Merrimack
Engineering on file at the Board of Health office in North
Andover and inspected by the Board of Health.

RE: #160 Candlestick Road - Septic System Repair
Dear Ms . Starr:
Enclosed is a sketch plan showing a proposed replacement leach
field for the above referenced property.
Elevations and location of the replacement area are based on the
field observations and test pits we witnessed on April 15 , 1993 ,
as performed by Bateson Enterprises , Inc .
The proposed bottom of excavation should be at elevation 89 . 30
based on the assumed benchmark datum of 100. 00 we made in the
field .
