Attachments: DSCO2384.JPG Hi Brian and Gerry: Our clerk, on behalf of the Board of Directors,sent me an e-mail requesting Mr. Rabenius'permission to enter Units 1 and 2. This gutter design in the corner here and water running down the boards in that the corner of Unit 1 was a very poor design. The water running down also compromises my window in the corner there as well. I have made the board aware of this deficiency on many occasions. Mr. Rabenius already came in my unit before to check between my two windows where I suspected moisture however I was told there was no moisture. He used a moisture meter and my daughter said it beeped while she was inside the unit. I find it very interesting that he wants to come back in and(I assume)check the same area but am not sure exactly where he wants to check though. I would says the whole front of these units is probably worse than the back was and that all the insulation should be replaced and that the structure needs to be checked to see if it was compromised. We were already told in homeowner meetings that perhaps the structural integrity of the building has been compromised by years of neglect. I suspect there is mold in there and to the extent that is what is wrong inside my home that the problem was due to the board's neglect on the outside. This was why we were taking pictures on the outside to make sure we had documentation of what the outside looked like because I don't trust this Board of Directors at all. On Friday,we were told we can't take pictures and Jane McHenry sat under the tree outside to make sure no pictures were taken but we already got a few pictures and they are attached for you to view. I don't know what's up with the electrical permit issue but wanted you both to know Mr. Rabenius has asked for permission to enter these two units between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. on Monday,July 22,2013. 1 thank you both for your continued supervision of this project. It is unfortunate that I have had to fight so hardly for the integrity of my home to be brought up to code for the last two years. I understand you are already aware of the mold in this corner from having talked to Brenda in Unit 3. 1 am sure this is why Mr. Rabenius wants to come back in my unit again.
