Parcel #2 is M: 23 P: 7 This being the main parcel of 31.05 Acres with 23 buildings and 230 units
10 Woodridge is the mailing address of WOODRIGE HOMES of NA
They being a co-op this is all the information I have.

Question for you -- on multiple google searches, Wood Ridge Homes complex comes up with the address of 10
Woodbridge Road, North Andover. This appears to be incorrect based on the Assessor's search. I have some
complaint files that I need to correct addresses on, and need to know the official address of Wood Ridge Homes.
Their co-op tenants live on streets such as Ardmore; Fieldstone Court, etc., which are not listed as separate streets in
the computer system (GeoTMS/Assessors) so I need to refer to Wood Ridge files under one address. Please verify
what is the correct Map/Parcel/Address for this complex. Your soonest response is appreciated. Thanks!
