The following members were present: Walter F. Soule, Robert Ford, John Pallone, Scott Karpinski, Ellen McIntyre. Upon a motion made by Scott Karpinski and 2nd by Robert Ford, the Board voted to DENY the petition on the grounds that there was no proof of any soil, shape, or topography issues to validate the grounds for so many requests for dimensional relief, therefore, based on these grounds the Board also feels that the petition has not satisfied the criteria of the zoning bylaw. Voting in favor of the denial: RF/JP/EM/SK. Voting in opposition to the denial Walter F. Soule. The motion carried the petition was denied.
