CALL TO ORDER: James Xenakis called the meeting to order at 9:01 AM at Town Hall Meeting Room.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: James Xenakis, Chairman; Rosemary Connelly Smedile;
Mark J.T. Caggiano; Mark Rees, Town Manager; Ray Santilli, Assistant Town Manager.
NEW BUSINESS:
Revision to Mutual Cooperation Agreement Essex County Home Consortium
Curt Bellavance request the Board of Selectmen to sign an annual commitment to HOME Consortium.
Mark Caggiano made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to issue resolution to renew the
Mutual Cooperation Agreement. Vote approved 3-0-0.
Police Appointment
Mark Caggiano made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to make a conditional offer of
employment to Stephen M. Dimminco as a police officer contingent upon successful completion of a
medical exam, psychological exam and physical abilities test. Vote approved 3-0-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Mark Caggiano made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to adjourn the meeting at 9:07 AM.
Vote approved 3-0-0.
