CALL TO ORDER: James Xenakis called the meeting to order at 2:00 PM at Town Hall Meeting Room.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: James Xenakis, Chairman; Thomas Licciardello; Rosemary
Connelly Smedile. Absent from the meeting were Mark Caggiano and Daniel Lanen.
NEW BUSINESS:
Patrolman Ronald Reid requested a Lateral transfer to the Lowell Police Department effective on Sunday,
November 18, 2007.
Thomas Licciardello made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to approve the lateral transfer to
Police Officer Ronald Reid from the North Andover Police Department to the City of Lowell Police
Department pursuant applicable state laws and regulations and to further authorize the chair to sign any
and all documents necessary to implement this transfer. Vote 3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Thomas Licciardello made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, to adjourn at 2:10 PM.
Vote approved 5-0.
