CALL TO ORDER: Acting Chairman Mark J. T. Caggiano called the meeting to order at 3:30 PM at
Town Hall 2 nd floor conference room.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Mark J.T. Caggiano; Daniel P. Lanen; Tracy M. Watson;
Mark Rees, Town Manager; and Attorney Carol McGravey.
OLD BUSINESS:
Order of Taking for 1475 Osgood Street
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Daniel Lanen, to adopt the Order of Taking for 1475
Osgood Street and to award damages for said taking to the Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union in the
amount of$1,750,000.00. Vote approved 3-0.
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Daniel Lanen, to accept the Confirmatory Deed to 1475
Osgood Street and the Release and Consent to Taking from the Merrimack Valley Federal Credit Union.
Vote approved 3-0.
The documents were signed and notarized and given to Attorney Carol McGravey to record at the
Registry of Deeds.
ADJOURNMENT:
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Daniel Lanen, to adjourn the meeting at 3:40 PM.
Vote approved 5-0.
