CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Tracy Watson called the meeting to order at 9:00 AM at Town Hall Meeting
Room.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Tracy Watson, Chairman; William F. Gordon, Clerk;
Rosemary Smedile, Licensing Chairman; Donald Stewart, Andrew Maylor Town Manager.
OLD BUSINESS:
School Green Repair Projects
William Gordon made a MOTION, seconded by Rosemary Smedile, that the North Andover Board of
Selectmen hereby authorize the Town to enter into and be bound by the Project Funding Agreement with
the Massachusetts School Building Authority for the following Green Repair Program projects; the
Atkinson School Windows, Sargent School Roof, and Middle School Roof. The Board of Selectmen
further authorize the Chair of the Board of Selectmen to be the Town's signatory for the Project Funding
Agreement and any other documents pertaining to these projects that require a signature. Vote
approved 4-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by William Gordon, to adjourn the meeting at 9:10 A.M.
Vote approved 4-0.
