CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Tracy Watson called the meeting to order at 8:45 a.m. at Town Hall.
ATTENDANCE: The following were present: Tracy Watson, Chairman; Rosemary Smedile, Licensing
Chairman; Donald Stewart, Ray Santilli, Assistant Town Manager.
LICENSING COMMISSIONERS:
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to move into Licensing. Vote
approved 3-0.
One Day Wine and Malt License at the Merrimack College on February 25, 2012
Tracy Watson made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to hereby grant a one day wine and malt
license per M.G.L. c. 138, section 14 to Sodexho Corporation for use at a fundraiser event for the Police
Relief Association to be held in the Rogers Center at Merrimack College on February 25, 2012, from 7:00
PM to 10:00 PM. Vote approved 3-0.
Donald Stewart made a MOTION, seconded by Tracy Watson, to move out of Licensing. Vote approved
3-0.
ADJOURNMENT:
Rosemary Smedile made a MOTION, seconded by Donald Stewart, to adjourn the meeting at 8:55 a.m.
Vote approved 3-0.
