Dear Mr. O'Reilly,
This correspondence is in regards to the dumpster located at your property, 12-22 Hodges Road,
North Andover. A complaint was received at the Health Department concerning tie condi oni of
the area and an inspection was conducted on May 8,2001. The dumpster was observed
overflowing; with bags;boxes, furniture etc. surrounding the unit. Please contact this office as
soon as possible so that we may discuss this problem.
In addition to the complaint our records do not indicate that you have a current dumpster permit
for your property. The Board of Health has dumpster regulations which require an annual
permit. If this is correct,please complete the attached application and submit with a check for
$25.00,payable to the Town of North Andover.
