In accordance with the provisions of Chapter M.G.L. c. 41, Section 81-S and 81-L, of
the North Andover Bylaw, the Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing as follows:
Purpose of Public Hearing: Applicant proposes a Preliminary Subdivision, a/k/a Endicott
Plaza, consisting,of 13.8 acres, located within the B-2 Zoning
District.

Public Hearing Date and Time: Tuesday,June 3 @ 7:00 PM.
Location of Public Hearing: Town Hall, 120 Main Street, 2nd floor conference room.
Information Available: A copy of the plan and application is on file in the Planning
Department office and may be inspected Monday through Friday
8:30-4:30 p.m.
