Soule,Vice Chairman,read the letter from Forgetta Development,LLC,dated September 30,2002,requesting the Board to approve the removal of up to 5000 yards of loam from the site on Osgood Street known as the Forgetta Farm. The loam would be removed at the minimal rate of 4 to 10 loads per day;the remaining loam would be stored on site for use in landscaping the intended development. Upon a motion by John M.Pallone and 2°d by Scott A. Karpinski,the Board voted to GRANT the request under Section 5.6,Miscellaneous Removal of Earth,to remove up to 5000 of loam at the minimal rate of traffic of 4 to 10 loads per day.
