FYI...
I received a Form U building permit application from Mathew Zexnakis Uohn Leeman, contractor) for the SFH at
10 Inglewood Street. I informed both Mathew and John Leeman that I had to reject the building permit
application because there are wetlands within 100'. Since the property bounds weren't located in the field I was not
able to identify the rear property line (where the wetlands are).Additionally, I didn't think that the project could
meet the 25' No Disturb Zone and the 50' No Build Zone;therefore making the 5000 s.f. lot unbuildable.Both
Mathew and John were name dropping, so if any of you get a call, this is the situation. I explained that they would
have to get the wetlands delineated Uohn said that he would talk to Mike Howard) and have them survey-located
on a plan.They're proposing a 2 story 26'x30' SFH with a 22'x22' garage under. and a huge driveway.Basically there
would be a tiny patch of grass. First John said that he didn't know there were wetlands on the property and then
he says that he thinks it might be under 1,000 sf;therefore not jurisdictional. This particular wetland was not
determined to be isolated according to Nicolisi's plan. If that weren't the case there wouldn't be a 100' buffer zone
associated with it.
