Mr. 3erie said that financ.ing is beyond the Board's Juriddictian. Bldg. Insp. Mr. Wstzoa agreed to start work at $~00 A.M. The Board then r~viewed and discussed the hearings. 1. Donald Foes. Mr. DiFruecio made a motion to GRANT the var~.aneo; Mr. Drmmm.~ eacmaded the motion and the ~ote was uns=hueus. The Board found that the variance would not be in subst~.ntia] derogation from the intent and purpose of the Zo~4~ By-Law. That because of the shops of the lot and because of ledge on the lot, it would be a hardship to the petitioner if he were June 11, 197~ - cont. not -33~ved to erect the proposed addition as 8hG~n on ~he plan; and ~hat because the nearest neighbor is 'located 8o~e 200 foe~ away and the rema~.~-g area is vacant0 it would not adversely affect the neighborhood.
