Detention pond Lots 6 and 7 I met Jay Philbin at this site on May 13 1986 to. Complaints of sewage flowing into the detention pond near, the entrance of and connected to the drainage system of Spring c Hill Rd .- Previous water samples revealed 0 coliform bacteria in test and since the wet spots are not near the leach areas of lot band 7 we have every reason to believe it is water that is flowing out of a stump . dump which has further been contaminated by rustfromiron bearing minerals buried here . Mr. Philbin and I agreed that to alleviate the unpleasant conditions which exist. out here , the stumps and other inappropiate mate.rials, must be removed and suitable soil used to refill 'andreloam the surrounding area. .
