Long: f Please be advised that after public hearing held by the Board of Appeals R on April 14, 1980 upon application of subject petitioners, the Board voted 4-1 in favor of GRANTING the-variance. Members James D. Noble, Jr. , Acting Chairman, Richard J. Trepanier and Assoc. ,Members William, J. Sullivan, Walter F. Soule, and Augustine W. Nickerson were present and voting. IIr. Gentlemen: Our records show that Mr. and Mrs. Dolan were issued a building permit on June 12, 1974 for a dwelling and 2-car garage. There is no record of any building permit being issued for a porch.
